Anastasiya Ledkova is a film director, production designer, and screenwriter. She was born on May 31, 1987 in Gorky, Russia. 

Before working in feature film, she worked as a journalist for 7 years, directing documentaries for TV. She has a bachelors degree in journalism and a masters degree in PR.

In 2021, she graduated from the Russian State University of Cinematography S.Gerasimova (VGIK) with honors, majoring in film directing.

Her short films Superhero, Grisha the Hero, The Antagonist, Mavka have been screened at different Russian festivals (Kinotavr, Koroche, Saint Anna, Golden Eagle Award nominee, etc.) and European festivals (Torino Film Festival, Madurai International Documentary and Short Film Festival, Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival, Deep Fried Film Festival, Festival del Cinema di Cefalù, etc.).

She has also shot commercials and music videos. Worked with artists such as Ksana, Angel Ulnov, Mariam and others. 

Since spring 2020 she has been working with Good Story Media (one of the biggest Russian film companies, shooting series and films for TV and platforms).

In 2021, the series “Sixteen +” for the platform “Kion” (3,5 million subscribers).

Anastasiya currently lives and works in Serbia.
